Use Ardo without signing in

Choose Continue on this device on the welcome screen. Your records stay on this device. To enable cloud sync later, open Account & sync and choose Sign in for cloud sync. Import local records is a separate, explicit choice.

A change has not synchronized

Open Account & sync to see pending changes and the last successful sync. Reconnect and choose Sync now. If a record changed on another device, review the conflict and choose which values to keep. Do not uninstall the app to fix a sync issue: unsynced records are not backed up.

Delete records or your account

For guest data, choose Erase local records in Account & sync. For cloud data, sign in, connect to the internet and choose Delete Ardo account. Confirming deletes all Ardo data, including records used by the website. This action cannot be undone.

Your shared auth.rc login and other services remain available. Other devices receive the deletion when they next connect. A minimal deletion marker blocks old sessions. Read the Privacy for backup and retention details.

Spending from an older app

Use the website for spending. The native app no longer syncs those records. If an older build left unsynced spending entries or drafts, Account & sync offers an export of the recovery copy and a separate option to erase it.

Widgets and device changes

Open Ardo after signing in or saving a record to update its widget. Synced records can be downloaded after signing in on another device. Guest records and unsynced changes are excluded from device backups.
